My Meditation Journey!
I started meditating because my mentor suggested I should start because my mind was always all over the place and I was never really happy.
I started with just two minutes a day, with a guided meditation. It felt like the longest two minutes of my life the first time I tried it.
6 months later and meditation was a regular practice in my life, it was truly changing my attitude, my mind, my heart and everything in between. I was the most peaceful I have ever been. I started making more money than I have ever been. It was truly amazing.
To achieve anything extraordinary in life is always hard. Life in general is hard all on its own. The journey can often lead us to self-doubt, worry and feeling inadequate. I have discovered that through spending time with ourselves through the practice of meditation, we can increase our self-awareness which leads to understanding and vivid realizations that often leads us to take control of our thoughts. This process ends in success, happiness and fulfilment in all areas of our lives.
